Bara Sees Citizenship Breakthrough

On 24 February, a major success was recorded in Bara as several individuals received citizenship through their mother’s name. Among them were Aasdeb, Rihan, and others who had been waiting for a long time for this right to be recognized.This achievement is the result of continued advocacy, patience, and collective effort. It also brings new hope to many other affected families still seeking equal access to citizenship.Naya Nepal Samajik Sanstha welcomed this progress and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting every citizen in the ongoing journey toward dignity, identity, and justice.
